Representative Dade Phelan and Representative Erin Zwiener are co-hosting an educational event discussing Proposition 8 which will be on the ballot this November. The proposition provides for the creation of the flood infrastructure fund to assist in the financing of drainage, flood mitigation, and flood control projects. This event will be located at the Activity Center (room 2) located at 501 E. Hopkins, San Marcos TX 78666.
